Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of Retail Ticketing (“the Service”) at retailticketing.store, operated by Smartcode Limited, a New Zealand company (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.
1. Your account
You sign in with Google or an email address. Keep access to that sign-in secure — you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must give us a real email address so we can reach you about billing.
2. Free trial
- Each new account receives 3 free prints, once. Trial prints do not expire but cannot be topped up or transferred.
- A trial print is used as soon as you click a Print button, even if you then cancel the browser’s print dialog. Browsers do not tell websites whether printing actually happened.
- On the trial you can print one sheet at a time. Printing all sheets at once needs a paid plan.
- Creating extra accounts to get more free prints is not allowed.
3. Plans and payment
- Paid plans are NZ$10 per month or NZ$100 per year, in New Zealand dollars, and give unlimited printing while active.
- Payment is taken in advance by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year, and your card is charged the then-current price, until you cancel.
- If we change a price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.
- If a renewal payment fails, access to paid features may be paused until payment succeeds.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. You can undo a cancellation any time before that date.
5. Your tickets and prices
The product names and prices you type stay in your own web browser; we do not store them on our servers. You are responsible for checking that every ticket you print shows the correct price and description before you display it. We are not responsible for pricing errors on printed tickets, or for printer, paper or ink issues.
6. Acceptable use
Do not try to get around the trial limits or payment, interfere with the Service, access other people’s accounts, or resell access to the Service. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
7. The Service
We aim to keep the Service available and working well, but it is provided “as is”. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we ever permanently shut the Service down, we will give you reasonable notice.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or sales, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
